  • This service can take up to 2 hours for a fullset and 1 hour for a refill.

    The Lash Artist will be placing synthetic mink lashes 1-2mm away from your natural lash line using a medical grade lash extension safe adhesive.

    You will be laying down with your eyes closed the entire time.

    Lash Artists will provide a lash bath included with your services where Artist will wash the lashes for you.

    This is very important to allow a clean canvas so the adhesive can bond properly to the natural lashes.

    This plays a role in the longevity of the extensions. If you prefer to wash the lashes yourself please let us know and you will be prompted to do so once you arrive for your service.

  • For Foreign Fills/Lashes from Another Studio, a quick consultation is necessary to ensure the Lash Artist has and can match what you already have.

    This won’t guarantee an appointment same day. If the Lash Artist can not match what is already on a removal will be recommended.

    If you do not want to do a removal the Lash Artist can always fill in and do the best with what she has as long as you are ok with that. 

    Please arrive to the appointment with clean fresh face of no makeup, creams, and oils around the eye area. 

  • The Lash Artist will not apply lashes to any client who’s eyes are irritated, have pink eye, sores, styes or swollen eyes/lids due to safety and sanitary reasons.

    If you have any allergies/ eye sensitivity to any glue, gel pads, or products. etc used please me know ASAP so there will be no issues during or after the service. We will not apply any lashes to any natural lash that is weak or won’t hold onto the natural lash. 

  • Before leaving your service please ensure everything is to your liking because once you leave it may be hard to fit you back in.

    If you experience any excessive fall out of the extensions within 24-48hrs please ensure you contact us to ensure we can get you in to correct and troubleshoot the issue ASAP.

    If we are not contacted up to 72hrs after the service there is no correction service offered as too much time has past to narrow down the issue.

    • Your lash retention depends on how you take care of them.

    • everyone has different lash cycles, your lashes may/ may not grow as fast as other clients.

    • The fullness of the extensions depend on the amount of natural lashes you have.

    • Everyone has different eye shapes, so styles can vary due to this.
